David Pastrnak is the new young gun in Boston and he says he’s learned a lot from fellow winger Brad Marchand, including some tips on chirping.
Marchand is notorious for his chirping and pestering on the ice, something that he’s taken off the ice in recent weeks as well. Well, he has apparently bestowed some wisdom on young Pastrnak. Part of that advice must have been telling him never to go after the most obvious character trait. Pastrnak says that everyone tries to chirp Marchand about his nose, but that never works because he always has an answer for that.
If there is any lesson for that it’s to always be on your toes.
Marchand has had some great chirps in the past, but our favourite has to be this one for Leo Komarov. This is an all-time chirp for any hockey player.
