Among basketball players, Danny Green has to be one of the more brand-savvy guys out there. He hosts his own podcast, he’s worked with TSN (as well as other broadcasters) in on-air roles and other projects previously, and of course, he’s no stranger to product endorsement deals.
That leads us to one of the more unusual athlete endorsements we’ve seen in quite some time. Danny Green... big on, um, male body grooming. We’ll let him take it away from here.
Hey, you have to respect Green’s commitment to the bit! He came prepared with all of the props he needed, and delivered a great ad read to boot.
His teammates, past and present, seemed to love it, too — Fred VanVleet, Pascal Siakam, LeBron James, Kyle Lowry and others were all present in the comments. (FVV wants to know how much Green got paid for this endorsement. We want to know, too.)
