D’Angelo Russell is expected to make his Timberwolves debut on Monday night when Minnesota visits the Toronto Raptors.
Before the game, Russell teamed up with Karl-Anthony Towns to share a special message with fans back at home.
Russell and Towns each purchased 1,000 tickets to the T-Wolves’ next home game against the Charlotte Hornets on February 12, and it’s a pretty good way to guarantee there will be an extra 2,000 people in attendance than what they’re used to on a regular night.
