It happened in some places a little sooner than others, but winter has definitely arrived.

A lot of places across the northern parts of North America have been experiencing freezing temperatures and have received their fair share of snow over the past week or so and it’s just getting started.

In Moorhead, Minnesota, it got so cold recently that the driveways and roads froze over and turned to solid ice that was thick enough to skate on.

The person in the video is Zach Doerring, a senior at Concordia College and is one of the captains on the men’s hockey team, and he;s clearly used to his local roads turning into solid ice.

Sometimes when hockey is life, it’s hard to separate it from your daily responsibilities like finals.

Might as well turn the entire street into an outdoor rink for the winter.

Backyard goals 😵
