Drew Doughty is one of the funniest guys in the NHL and part of that is his care-free demeanor.
He has an effortless appearance in his style of play and add in the fun he likes to have on the ice, he always looks pretty relaxed. Still, never has he looked more relaxed than he was in the penalty box against the Vegas Golden Knights the other night.
Doughty isn’t always this relaxed though.
If there’s one player that always seems to get him fired up, it’s Matthew Tkachuk. They have had some history over the past year and earlier this season Doughty might have been as fired up as we’ve ever seen him when jawing with Tkachuk across the penalty boxes.
They’ll renew acquaintances later this year and we’re sure it’ll be a fiery matchup again. The two teams are locked in a playoff race with only two points separating them from third in their division to out of the playoffs.
We’re pretty sure Doughty won’t have his feet up that time around.
