Earlier this year, MLB’s Statcast revealed that the Toronto Blue Jays have three of the slowest players at their position through the Statcast Sprint Speed leaderboard.
Since a player’s speed doesn’t actually tell you how good they actually are, the Blue Jays didn’t let the stat get to them. Recently, Jose Bautista, Russell Martin and Devon Travis joined Cabbie on Cabbie Presents and playfully called out the slowest members on the team.
After playfully calling out some of their teammates, the guys put their driving skills to the test in a race. Using their own custom RC Cars, the guys went head-to-head in the first-ever Cabbie 500.
The guys were neck and neck throughout the race and it came right down to the wire.
