Canada soccer has been carried consistently by the Women’s side in recent years. Their success is primarily due to the contributions of team captain Christine Sinclair and her incredible finishing ability.

Sinclair won the Lou Marsh in 2012 and will be marked down in the Canadian history books for years to come. For now, her name on a community centre is one way to pay tribute to her play on the pitch.

She is getting that in her home town of Burnaby, B.C.

Sinclair deserves it as she owns the record for most goals ever in international play by a male or a female.
