Around this time last year the Milwaukee Brewers had some fun by recreating some of their favourite scenes from The Sandlot in honour of the 25th anniversary of the film’s release.
Fast forward one year and they’re at it again with another recreation of another classic movie in Mean Girls. Since this year marks the 15th anniversary of the film’s release, members of the Brewers got together and welcomed one of their newest members, Yasmani Grandal, to the club by acting out and recreating one of the most memorable scenes from the movie.
They switched things up a little in their recreated version of the scene, but Grandal still had to go through the awkward introduction just like Lindsay Lohan had to when she first encountered The Plastics.
We’re not sure who’s responsible for picking the movie scenes or getting the guys together to recreate them, but we hope the Brewers have some more classic scenes in store for us this season.
