Bobby Orr is one of the greatest players to ever suit up in the NHL and he’s the owner of one of the most memorable goals in NHL history. You might not have seen the actual footage of the goal itself, but you’ve definitely seen the photo.

This upcoming weekend marks the 50th anniversary of Orr’s famous goal that captured the Boston Bruins’ first Stanley Cup since 1941. On Friday, the 8-time Norris Trophy winner caught up with TSN’s James Duthie and recalled the memorable goal.

Orr only played 657 games over 12 seasons, but he still put a whopping 270 goals and 915 points during that span, and also finished with 26 goals and 92 points in 74 career playoff games.
