If there’s something that Ben Simmons picked up about the city of Philadelphia while playing for the 76ers, it has to be the true meaning of “The City of Brotherly Love.”
During an Instagram Live this week, the 76ers key player surprised his brother Sean with a birthday gift we definitely will never be able to compete with.
A brand new car.
Within the Instagram Live filled with 10,000 viewers, the brothers both went on camera as Ben goes on to tell his brother he has to show him something and saying “you know I love cars!”
Turning the camera around to showcase a car-filled garage, Ben points the camera to a black Audi SUV, telling Sean that’s his new car.
Ben then goes on to show off the car while Sean continues to thank him and insisting he didn’t have to purchase him the car.
The best part though might be Ben calling out his brother for getting teary-eyed on camera, exclaiming “he’s crying on the Live!”
Honestly, if we were just given a brand new car I think we’d all be crying. Especially being an Audi!
Not only did Ben surprise his brother with a car, but he just raised the bar on sibling gifts. There may not be any topping that!
