Autonomous sensory meridian response, also known as ASMR, is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation and itโs grown tremendously in popularity over the past few years.
Whether itโs the sound of whispering voices or paper tearing, you can find an ASMR channel for just about anything these days. On Thursday, Ben Bishop and the Dallas Stars added to the craze by creating their own video that any hockey fan who loves ASMR will enjoy.
Throw this bad boy on loop right before bed and every hockey fan will be sleeping with a smile on their face in no time.
