Wednesday night, the Islanders hosted a playoff game for the first time since the 2016 season and their fans were LOUD to say the least.  The atmosphere was electric during and following New York's 4-3 overtime win in Game 1 against the Penguins.

There was a point in the game, however, that the noise was a little less prevalent and head coach Barry Trotz not only took notice, but had some coaching for Islanders fans after the win.

Nobody is too good to be coached and Islanders fans are being challenged to keep the noise consistent throughout Game 2.
The players also noticed how loud it was and were very appreciative of it.  They can expect even louder on Friday for Game 2.
