On Sunday, nobody got the Final in Toronto between the GOAT, Serena Williams, and Canadian Bianca Andreescu that they were expecting.  In the first set of the match with Andreescu up 3-1, Williams was forced to retire due to injury.

It's definitely not the way Andreescu wanted to win the tournament on home soil, and it's not the way Williams wanted to finish off the tournament, either.  That said, the two competitors shared a heartwarming and incredibly classy moment after Williams pulled out of the match.

That's what sports are all about right there.  After the trophy presentation, Williams had some incredibly high praise for the Canadian as well, while also confirming a back injury forced her to retire from the match.
