Friday afternoon was a busy day in the CFL as plenty of trades and roster moves took place throughout the league.

One of the biggest stories of the day was the fact that four-time CFL All-Star Charleston Hughes was traded not once, but twice in just a couple of hours.

The first deal of the day sent the two-time Grey Cup champion to the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, but hours later he was the newest member of the Saskatchewan Roughriders as he was flipped for Vernon Adams Jr.

While many players and analysts throughout the league reacted throughout the day as all the deals were announced, the best reaction came from the 2017 CFLโ€™s Most Outstanding Defensive Player Award winner Calgary Stampeders linebacker Alex Singleton.

Most Stampeders fans and players would probably be very happy to see Hughes get dealt for a third time if it meant he was returning to Calgary, but itโ€™s looking like Saskatchewan will be his home next season.
