A’ja Wilson had her statue erected outside of her college area in South Carolina
A’ja Wilson is one of the most prolific players in the WNBA and has already secured 2 All-star nods and an MVP trophy with only 3 years of play under her belt at the professional level.
Before she was clutch in the WNBA, Wilson was killing it for the Gamecocks in South Carolina.
A three-time SEC player of the year and NCAA Champion, Wilson left her mark and made a legacy at her time in South Carolina so much so that they just put up her statue outside of Colonial Life Arena.
What a great way to recognize one of the best your school has ever seen!
