The Vegas Golden Knights opened up their preseason on Sunday night in Vancouver and they got off to a very impressive start. The Golden Knights opened the game with four goals in the first period and ended up cruising to a 9-4 victory over the Canucks.
The teamโs Twitter account was the best account in the league all summer long and they proved on Sunday night that they can be just as entertaining during games.
It all started with the starting lineups. Most teams tend to share their lines for the upcoming game on Twitter, but Vegasโ account decided to go ahead and take care of the Canucksโ lineup on their own.
That tweet was just the first of many that the team sent out during the game, and they were all pretty entertaining.
They even had some fun with some of the signs posted around the arena.
Once the game resumed they were right back at it again with some more hilarious tweets.
However, as great as some of the tweets were during the game, their last two of the night might have been the best ones.
We canโt wait to see what they have in store for everyone around the league once the regular season actually gets started. Hopefully their team on the ice is just as successful as the team on social media has been over the last few months.
