Spelling errors on sports jerseys are always a fun thing to see, because if you can look on the bright side of things, it makes them even more unique.
For example, recently, we saw someone who received a Blue Jays jersey with the “U” and “E” mixed up. It makes the first word look like a French version as it says “Bleu”. Well, to be fair, you can only have this positive attitude if you notice the spelling error.
That was the case for this Pittsburgh Penguins fan, who has been walking around with a Sidney Crobsy jersey for approximately two years, according to this Reddit user.
This isn’t the first time Sidney Crosby’s had his named spelled wrong and it probably won’t be the last.
Of course, it’s not just that his name is difficult to spell, it happens to everyone in sports. There are countless spelling errors on jerseys, plaques, graphics and many other places that athletes have their names plastered.
Even the Great One is vulnerable to these mistakes.
