Vince Carter might pull a Jaromir Jagr and play until he’s 50.
The 40-year-old NBA veteran suited up in his 83rd career playoff game on Saturday night when the Memphis Grizzlies took on the San Antonio Spurs. Just like he’s done all season long, Carter showed his inner-youth and threw down a massive dunk.
It’s very hard to forget that Carter is already 40-years-old, especially when he throws down dunks like he’s still 24-years-old.
Carter didn’t just come off the bench in this game, though. The Daytona Beach, Florida native started the game and became the oldest player since Dikembe Mutombo to start a postseason game.
Carter has already promised to return next season, but he probably still has plenty of years left in the tank.
