During Tuesday night's Houston Astros versus Cleveland Indians game, Astros right fielder Teoscar Hernandez and second baseman Jose Altuve collided in the outfield while chasing down a fly ball.
Video of the collision can be seen in the above.
Altuve was able to walk off the field on his own, but Hernandez was taken off by a cart.
The Astros' Twitter account is keeping fans updated on the condition of each player.
