Fifth-grade teacher at Ashley Park Elementary School in Charlotte, North Carolina Barry White Jr. is awesome. That's all we really need to say about this teacher who clearly has a great relationship with his students. A way he shows off the relationship he shares with his class is by having a unique handshake with everyone one of the students before class begins. We just hope he remembers his lesson plan as well as he does these handshakes.
