Baseball is officially back as baseball games at Spring Training are about to get underway this upcoming weekend. With some teams currently located in Arizona for Cactus League and the others in Florida for Grapefruit League, players are eager to get the games started and the regular season underway.
Despite the first Spring Training games being just a few days away, the regular season is still over a month away, but that doesn’t mean players haven’t already started to look for ways to better their game this season.
On Sunday, we saw photos of Bryce Harper warming up with a bat wrapped in barbed wire, similar to the one named Lucille that is used by Negan in The Walking Dead.
It turns out the four-time All-Star and 2015 NL MVP wasn’t the only slugger who got some new hardware from the people over at The Walking Dead.
Season 7 returned to television at the beginning of February, so we’re guessing this was just a marketing plan by the show’s marketing and advertising team. Either way, these are awesome gifts to receive, especially if you’re a big fan of the show and swing a bat for a living.
