You name it and The Rock can probably do it or has already done it.

Dwayne Johnson has quite the resume, but one thing that tends to get overlooked from his past is his time spent as a professional football player.

Before Johnson became a professional wrestler, he wanted to be a professional football player. He was a defensive tackle at the University of Miami and was a member of the 1991 national championship team. Following his graduation in 1995, Johnson headed north and joined the CFL’s Calgary Stampeders. Despite being limited to the practice squad and then eventually cut by the team just two months into the season, The Rock hasn’t held any grudges against the team or the league.

Instead, he thinks about the positives that came from that decision and he recently reminisced on his past while enjoying the view from a Vancouver rooftop.

The Rock gave high praise to the city of Vancouver while he thought back to his days with the Stampeders. Instead of thinking of his short football career as a negative, he’s focused on the positive things that have come from that decision and it’s safe to say it worked out pretty well for him.
