The NFL season is almost here and now is the perfect time for fans to buy a new jersey for the upcoming season, especially now that big name free agents have signed with new teams and the draft is in the past.
When it comes to the top selling jerseys in the NFL, though, the results are sure to surprise football fans everywhere.
Starting at the top of the list, as per NFL Shop, Marshawn Lynch had the top selling jersey in May.
The surprises kept on coming from there, though, as Texans rookie quarterback DeShaun Watson owned the fifth spot, James Conner came in at 11 and Colin Kaepernick made the list at 17.
Lynch in the top spot is crazy, but not as crazy as Watson at number five ahead of Brady, Elliott and Dak.
That said, he was such a polarizing figure in college that everyone knows his name and because he figures to be the franchise quarterback for Houston, it makes sense that his jersey is a popular one.
NFL Shop also shared with fans the top selling jerseys by state and those results were surprising as well.
Adam Thielen might not be a household name, but he clearly is in North Dakota which is pretty cool.
