MLB legend Tim Raines has been elected into the Baseball Hall of Fame in his 10th and final year of eligibility. While we're sure it is nerve-wracking around induction time for eligible players, it's definitely more stressful for a former player on his final year of eligibility. As TSN Baseball Insider Steve Phillips said, it's "A very, very worthy induction into Cooperstown," and we couldn't agree more. Congratulations, Rock!
