It has become a theme in the NHL playoffs that fans are not taking losing very gracefully.
First, there was the Oilers woman who flipped off Melker Karlsson during his goal celebration. Then, there were the Bruins fans throwing garbage and grabbing the sticks of the Senators. Finally, there was the Penguins fan who sucker punched a Blue Jackets fan after the team’s only loss.
Now, in a much less harmless way than the latter two of those actions, this disgruntled Canadiens fan caught the attention of hockey fans with his angry reaction to the Rangers OT celebration.
We love the passion, but we’re also not sure we want to be immortalized in GIF form by flipping someone off in the front row. He wasn't the only Habs fan people noticed though. There was also this extremely sad fan dressed in a custom Montreal Canadiens suit.
In fact, everybody in the picture has pretty animated reactions.
The Habs could use some of the OT magic that the Oilers have had so far, and funny enough, all three of the Oilers OT goals were scored by former Habs.
