It’s starting to feel like the NHL season never really ends as team development camps are already underway throughout the league.
The Ottawa Senators’ goaltender prospects headed over to the AMPED Sports Lab & Ice Complex in Ottawa last week to take part in some off-ice vision training and it was certainly a brand new experience for every single one of them.
Through the technology at the AMPED Sports Lab, the youngsters took part in different activities that helps them improve things like their hand-eye coordination and their peripheral vision.
Just like the game, the technology and ways players train improves every single year.
