The Anaheim Ducks became the first team to punch their ticket to the second round of the playoffs earlier this week as they swept the Calgary Flames to move on.
The Ducks await the winner of the Oilers and Sharks series, and could be getting a pair of key players back for the next series as Cam Fowler and Sami Vatanen are recovering from injuries.
It's an exciting time to be a fan of the team and a player on the team as the Ducks seem poised for a deep run now that they're out of the first round, something they didn't do last postseason.
They're also undefeated, which leads us to this incredible video perfectly showing how the Ducks are entering the second round.
Randy Carlyle as Gordon Bombay is a natural fit to say the least, and how great would it be if the Anaheim Ducks did this before every game.
Trying other things from the movies, on the other hand, might not work out as great as the chant, though. Take the 'Triple Deke', for example:
Plus, although Carlyle naturally fits as Bombay in the reimagined scene, he should probably stick to his own coaching methods and strategies as Bombay's Ducks had a terrible Corsi and a sky-high PDO.
Since we imagined Carlyle as Bombay, though, it's only fair that we do the opposite, too.
