Professional sports teams have a personality on Twitter thanks to the great minds that run their accounts.
Since the inception of Twitter, if we've learned anything, it's that team accounts aren't afraid to interact and respond ruthlessly to fans, either.
The New Orleans Saints Twitter account proved that fact to be correct after this fan thought he could mock them for messing up Adrian Peterson's nickname.
Most fans know Peterson as AP (his initials), so the fan isn't incorrect, but he's not right, either, as Peterson's nickname is "All Day" or AD for short, and the Saints were quick to point that out:
All Day!
Stewart wasn't the only fan the team went after, either.
Fans, this is a warning not to mess with the Saints, or Peterson and his nickname, because it will come back to bite you.
We imagine Vikings fans are hoping letting Peterson go doesn't come back to bite them as the Saints face Minnesota in the first week of the season.
