The North Carolina Tar Heels played host to the Louisville Cardinals on Wednesday night. After a very close first half, North Carolina ended up taking a three-point lead into halftime, up 33-30.
As both teams made their way to their locker room at the end of the half, Louisville coach Rick Pitino got into it with a Tar Heels fan and absolutely lost his mind to the point where he had to be held back by the rest of his staff.
We may never find out what was said to Pitino as he made his way towards the locker room, but it was bad enough to make his blood boil over. Here’s another look at the entire thing.
It turns out the fan who got into it with Pitino was later ejected from the game by the school. Don’t mess with Rick Pitino.
