Country music star Carrie Underwood might be the most well-known Nashville Predators fan in the world, and she has been representing her squad all Stanley Cup playoffs. Of course, Underwood has a special connection with the team, being married to the captain Mike Fisher.
During Media Day Sunday, in the middle of his scrum, P.K. Subban told reporters he had to do some reporting of his own, grabbed a microphone and went around to interview his teammates.
The first member of the Predators Subban approached was Fisher, asking him how it feels to be the best looking player on the Preds, and probably the best looking player in the entire league. Fisher responds saying, "says who?
Around 10 minutes after the NHL Twitter posted the video, Carrie Underwood replied with an emphatic "your wife" comment on Twitter to Fisher's "says who?"
The NHL then produced the next part of the video for Underwood, where Fisher follows his "says who?" with a "or just my wife."
Even when Underwood is not with the team, she's obviously still following along closely back in Nashville.
