We could have another 2004 Eli Manning draft-day debacle on the horizon.
On Friday, projected first-overall NFL selection Myles Garrett made it very clear that he wants to play for the Dallas Cowboys.
First of all, can we take a second to acknowledge how deep Garrett’s voice is? Incredible.
More importantly, Garrett actually seemed desperate in the video. He is a native of Arlington, Texas and enjoyed his college career at Texas A&M, so it’s not surprising that Dallas is his desired landing spot. But the fact that he publicly addressed owner Jerry Jones, explaining to him the actual offer that they should make to acquire him, must also have something to do with not wanting to go to the woeful Browns. Hate to break it to you Myles, but there’s a good chance you’ll be heading to Ohio in the near future.
