Stephen Curry made headlines on Thursday and Friday for what he was doing on the golf course as opposed to the basketball court.
In fact, after his opening round 74, Dawie van der Walt, a pro golfer on the PGA Tour, jokingly said he would eat his golf bag if Curry broke 80 in the second round.
Well, on Friday Curry did exactly that and shot another 74, prompting Dawie to send out this tweet.
Safe to say Dawie probably didn't eat his bag, but he had a lot of fun with the entire situation and congratulated Curry on an impressive debut.
He wasn't the only pro to praise Curry, either.
