This year’s Rose Bowl was one of the craziest college football games in recent memory.
After coming out of halftime down 27-21, Penn State dominated the third, outscoring USC 28-8. Then, in similar fashion, USC overpowered the Nittany Lions in the fourth and shut them out 17-0 for a final score of 52-49.
The game ended on a field goal from Matt Boermeester, and to celebrate, he sprinted across the field and threw down a huge dab.
The dab was a huge part of 2016, but people were hoping it would stay that way. As SportsCenter captioned their photo “Bringing the dab into 2017…”, people blew up, trying to end the dab once and for all.
