The Winnipeg Jets hosted their annual Skills Competition on Friday night and the players certainly put on a show for the fans in attendance. Just like the NHL All-Star weekend, the team participates in their own version of the All-Star Skills Competition, but it only includes players from the Jets’ roster. This year, they had a new face on the ice for the accuracy shooting event, and he showed them that his production early on in his career is not a fluke.

Unbelievable. Patrik Laine wasted more time during this event trying to figure out how he wanted to receive the pass from each side than he did participating in it. Here it is again with the official time included on the video.
