Paige VanZant, Michelle Waterson turned their UFC weigh-in into a dance-off

UFC strawweight Paige VanZant has become quite the fan favourite throughout the UFC over the past two years. VanZant, aka 12 Gauge, holds a professional record of 7-2 and goes one-on-one with Michelle Waterson (13-4) in the main event at UFC Fight Night Sacramento on Saturday night. The official weigh-ins for the card were held on Friday night, and instead of getting the drama started early on, VanZant and Waterson turned their weigh-in into a dance-off.

Perhaps Waterson didn’t want to test out a second dance move during their fun dance-off because she knows about VanZant’s dancing experience. The 22-year-old appeared on Dancing with the Stars this past spring, where she ended up finishing second place for the entire season. She made some even more fans on Friday morning, with one of the better weigh-ins of all-time.
