The Golden State Warriors are set to play the Oklahoma City Thunder tonight, and Kevin Durant should expect to hear, and see what the fans think of him.
It’s inevitable that fans will boo their former star for jumping ship and joining their rival. But the shirts they will be wearing tonight are a bit much. Oklahoma fans will be wearing shirts that read ‘KOWARD’ on the front, with the K and D outlined in red for his initials.
The cupcake on the back is reference to when fans called him ‘soft’ after failing to bring a championship to the city. Someone even had the guts to change his Wikipedia page to Kevin ‘Cupcake’ Durant.
Gutless.
We’ll see who has the last laugh after one of the NBA’s most anticipated games of the season is complete.
