The New York Giants and their fans haven’t had much to cheer about so far this season and it got even worse on Sunday afternoon.
After already losing Sterling Shepard, Brandon Marshall and Dwayne Harris to injuries, the Giants fans watched their season pretty much come to an early end late in the fourth quarter as Odell Beckham Jr. suffered the worst injury out of all their receivers.
As Beckham leaped up to bring down a high pass from Eli Manning, Chargers cornerback Casey Hayward finished the play by bringing the Giants receiver down.
However, as OBJ came down to the ground his leg turned a way you never want to see a leg turn.
While Giants fans held their breath hoping it wasn’t as bad as it looked, the Giants wide receiver confirmed it was pretty bad as he burst into tears while he was getting carted off the field.
Starting the season 0-5 is already bad enough but it’s even worse now that they don’t have any healthy wide receivers moving forward.
