Michael Del Zotto is enjoying his first season in Vancouver and fans are no doubt enjoying having the skilled defenceman on their team.
He’s off to a good start – four points in six games – and he’s been getting involved in the community as well. Last night, he even pulled a little prank on a young fan that was against the glass during warmup, but it didn’t go quite as planned…
This is an adorable moment that was clearly meant to just offer the kid a little laugh. The moment when Del Zotto realizes that the kid started crying is just priceless.
Whether it’s hockey or harmless pranks, it’s easier to know that you win some and you lose some – nothing you can do about either. We’re sure this will offer the kid a much funnier moment to look back on when he grows up anyways. Plus, he got a puck after all.
