Connor McDavid does something impressive virtually every shift in the NHL, so when you put him up against a non-professional goalie, magic is bound to happen.
Earlier this year, when Marcus Stroman, Andrew Wiggins, Tyler Seguin and Denis Shapovalov were all at BioSteel camp with McDavid, they grabbed seat in the stands to watch him put on a show. He did not disappoint, as he made the goalie look foolish on several different moves in front of the net.
The group of BioSteel athletes were all clearly impressed with his stickhandling, but a couple of months later, everybody is probably even more impressed with his play this season.
McDavid leads the league in points with 39 in 33 games, only trailing Sidney Crosby in points per game. He’s definitely a freak.
