For most people, hitting 283K Instagram followers is a pretty incredible milestone, but for Atlanta Falcons’ quarterback Matt Ryan, it hits all too close to home.
The Falcons quarterback has most likely tried to put blowing a 28-3 lead to the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl behind him, but it just keeps creeping back up on him. Ryan’s number of followers on Instagram is a great example of that. Ryan has 283K followers on Instagram, or as we would put it… 28-3.
Poor Matt Ryan has reminders of the Super Bowl blowup haunting him everywhere he turns. First it was the memes, then it was the March 28th ridicule, and now he can’t even go on Instagram to scroll through photos without being reminded of the Super Bowl choke.
And who could forget the number of diamonds the Patriots put into their championship rings…
Falcons fans that aren’t already following Matt Ryan, now is the time to follow him to help him get over the 283K followers hump. Without that constant Instagram reminder, he will finally be able to put the Super Bowl behind him and lead the team back to the Promised Land. The number will torment Ryan each and every day until it hits 284K.
