The Toronto Maple Leafs made a huge splash in the free agency this off-season, signing veteran forward Patrick Marleau to a three-year deal. For the first time in Marleau's career the forward will sport a jersey that isn't that of the San Jose Sharks.
Thursday, Christina Marleau, Patrick's wife, posted a family photo of everyone wearing a Toronto Maple Leafs sweater, and in her own words, it was an emotional experience at first.
Having spent nearly twenty years in San Jose Sharks colours, you can fully understand how it would take the Marleau's a little getting used to when it came to wearing the Leafs white and blue, but they look pretty darn comfy in it now!
