The Blue Jays are a team that likes to keep things light. Even at a time where their wild card hopes are slimmer than ever, they’re still following those same tendencies.

After getting swept by the Cubs, the Blue Jays playoff chances are down to 2.4% as opposed to the Angels who currently hold the second wildcard spot with a probability of 33.2% (According to Fangraphs). The easiest way to keep things light is if the leaders on your team stay calm and Marcus Stroman and Jose Bautista are definitely doing that.

During some drills on Monday, the Stroman was mirroring Bautista’s every movement. Synchronized baseball is a sport we could definitely get behind.

These two will always be good friends as they enjoyed some of the best years in Blue Jays history together. If they do miss the playoffs, it’s possible that it could be their last season playing on the same side of things, but as we saw this year at the World Baseball Classic, they’ll always have a fun-loving relationship – even when going head –to–head.
