If for some reason you've given up on the Toronto Blue Jays, you should probably get back aboard the bandwagon.

Sure, they're just 41-46 on the year, but thanks to their win on Saturday against Houston, they moved to just four games back of an AL Wild Card spot. (that number could change depending on what happens Saturday night)

The man on the mound for Toronto that picked up the win against the Astros was Marcus Stroman.

The 26-year-old improved to 9-5 on the season and lowered his ERA to 3.28 for the season.

Stroman's in the midst of a career year, but he wasn't rewarded for his play with an All-Star game appearance.

After his dominant outing against the Astros, Stroman shared his strong feelings on being an All-Star snub.

The numbers suggest you can make a great case for Stroman, but this year it just didn't go his way.

Clearly he's using the snub as motivation, though, and all he can do now is continue to prove the doubters wrong while attempting to help the Blue Jays make the playoffs for a third straight season.
