Former NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel has been a lightning rod for controversy ever since his days playing for Texas A&M. A factor that ultimately played a role in the Heisman trophy winner exiting the league as quickly as he entered it.
Despite no longer being in the NFL, Manziel has managed to stay in the news, as the former quarterback still manages to draw a crowd with just about anything he does. Manziel has made some mistakes in the past, something he admitted to on Thursday, going on a long Twitter rant to dismiss a rumour about him charging for selfies, while also thanking those who have stuck by him despite his behaviour in the past.
A new year, a new Johnny Football. No matter if you are a fan of the quarterback or not, it would be nice to see Manziel potentially make a return to football, or at the very least, stay out of trouble.
