Louisville and Duke’s women’s basketball teams faced off on Monday and it seems as though Duke is feeling a little off their game in the New Year.
At the beginning of the third quarter, with the score 25-23, Louisville’s team lined up in front of their own basket, but stood in positions as if it was the offensive end. Naturally, Duke set up next to them, but it was the wrong end of the court. Louisville then inbounded the ball and ran down to the a wide-open basket.
Maybe this was the wrong move in the end for the Cardinals, as they ended up losing 58-55 to the Blue Devils. Perhaps Duke was feeling a little sluggish, but being embarrassed like that is sure to wake anyone up.
