Like most athletes, hockey players have awesome pregame handshakes and rituals they execute with their teammates.
Ahead of the Leafs and Jets game on opening night Wednesday, Patrik Laine and Nikolaj Ehlers showed off their awesome pregame handshake that might be one of the most unique in the NHL.
We're not sure which handshake was better, the one Ehlers did with his linemate Laine or the one he did with a member of the Jets' staff.
We do know they were both awesome and that Laine and Ehlers are pretty much best friends and have one of the most underrated bromances in hockey.
That bromance was evident before the game, too, when Laine was asked about Ehlers' new contract he signed.
