The 2017 MLB season has been a down one for the Toronto Blue Jays and their fans, but at least the team continues to put up a fight on a nightly basis.
One thing that has been consistent all year long has been the play of Kevin Pillar in the outfield.
On Monday night, the Jays opened up a three-game series with the Boston Red Sox at home and Pillar added another ridiculous catch to his career highlight reel in the top of the sixth inning.
The catch was so ridiculous that even Mookie Betts couldn’t believe what he had just witnessed.
For some players catches like this are a once-in-a-lifetime type of thing, but for Pillar it might as well be another routine catch.
