Disneyland is the happiest place on earth where dreams come true, and this young fan's dream came true thanks to Jose Altuve.
The Astros superstar met a huge fan of his from Venezuela and he brought him to tears of joy after he gave the fan his hat.
That's what sports are all about right there, making dreams come true, and Altuve gave this fan a moment (and hat) he'll cherish forever.
Altuve experienced a number of moments he'll probably never forgot at Disneyland, too.
