This season, NBA fans got a glimpse at 'The Process,' also know as Joel Embiid.
The 2014 first round pick made his NBA debut this season after sitting out his first two seasons with injuries and he proved why he was drafted so high.
In 31 games, Embiid averaged 20.2 points per game, 7.8 rebound per game and 2.5 blocks per game.
If he didn't get hurt again, he'd be the NBA's rookie of the year without question. Unfortunately for basketball fans, and Embiid, though, he did get hurt again as he tore his meniscus.
The injury-plagued start to Embiid's career hasn't stopped him from remaining positive and laughing about his setbacks, though.
Keep on sucking, Joel, and trust the process.
76ers fans have to be happy with how the process is going as the team has its highest win total since the 2012-13 season.
Embiid figures to be a big part of the 76ers getting back to the playoffs for the first time since the 2011-12 season.
