In the past two NBA All-Star games, Russell Westbrook (2015) and Paul George (2016) were one point away from tying Wilt Chamberlain's single All-Star game record of 42 points.
Both players, however, fell short of the mark and ended the games with 41 points, which is still incredible.
As the old saying goes, though, "Third time's the charm," and Sunday night in New Orleans, Anthony Davis of the Pelicans broke Wilt's record on his way to taking home MVP honours.
Davis' historic outing elicited some great reactions from the internet, too.
